These Terms govern the use of all hosting, domain, and related services provided by Catholic Web Hosting.

Company Identity & Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the use of all hosting, domain, and related services provided by Catholic Web Hosting, a service operated by ThinkSavvy LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with ThinkSavvy LLC, regardless of branding or service name used.

Account Setup, Ownership & Responsibility

Accounts are activated after payment is received and successfully screened for fraud.

You must maintain a valid, non-domain-based email address for administrative communication.

  • The payment method holder is considered the authorized owner of the account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.
  • Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in suspension or termination.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

All services may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable United States law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkSavvy LLC from any claims resulting from misuse of services.

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
  • Spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited email campaigns
  • Malware, exploits, brute-force tools, or hacking utilities
  • Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain validation workloads
  • Copyrighted material without authorization
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
  • Content that exploits or harms minors

Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited email, bulk messaging, and spam.

Any account associated with spam activity may be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

Service Availability & Maintenance

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of services.

Planned or emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

Third-Party Providers & Dependencies

Our services may rely on third-party providers including, but not limited to, datacenters, registrars, DNS providers, payment processors, and network carriers.

ThinkSavvy LLC is not responsible for outages, failures, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Billing, Payments & Renewals

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation procedures.

Failure to pay invoices on time may result in late fees, suspension, or termination.

  • Invoices unpaid after the grace period may incur late fees.
  • Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility varies by service type and time elapsed.

Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel services at any time through our official cancellation process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including policy violations or operational necessity.

Backups & Data Loss

Backups may be provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

ThinkSavvy LLC is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your applications, credentials, and software.

We do not guarantee protection against hacking, malware, or unauthorized access.

  • Use strong passwords and secure authentication methods.
  • Keep applications, plugins, and themes up to date.
  • Promptly address known vulnerabilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkSavvy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThinkSavvy LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ThinkSavvy LLC is registered.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
